Kadaknath, also called Kali Masi , is an Indian breed of chicken. They originated from Dhar and Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. As per research kadaknath has lower cholesterol 0.73 to 1.37%, rich in amino acids. Minerals in kadaknath are niacin, protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron, nicotinic acids etc. And the vitamins are B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E.
